Definition : Someone who is grateful is thankful for people, nature, and things. Stewardship means taking good care of what we’ve been given. In short: Thankful for every blessing, big or small.  Summary: Otis, the tractor, works hard on the farm and when it’s time to play, he has a lot of fun. He gives thanks for all the different kinds of weather, his home, the animals that live on the farm, the peace he feels at quiet times, and the courage that gets him through hard times. He is most thankful for the love all around him!  Lesson Objectives:
  1. Students are encouraged to identify the things in their lives for which they are grateful, just like Otis does in the story.
