Summary: Everyone makes mistakes - the right thing to do when you’ve hurt someone or something, is apologize. It can be hard to apologize when the other person is mad or it’s someone you don’t like. This book shares examples with clever illustrations of the do’s and don’ts of apologizing - don’t make excuses; be sincere; write a note if you can’t talk about it; it’s never too late to apologize; try to fix the mistake if possible; avoid making the same mistake again; apologizing will make both of you feel better.
